1. Returns Policy

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Incorrect size, frame type, or material selected by the customer
• Preference-based dissatisfaction (design, color tone, finish, or style)
• Change of mind after payment or order confirmation
• Slight variations in print color, grain, or texture due to printing methods
• Failure to review product descriptions, dimensions, or mockups before ordering

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of the damage
• Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 6-7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
